1. Tell Me About Yourself
Your opener. Keep it to 60–90 seconds. Lead with what you do and what you're known for, give one story that proves it, and connect it to why you're interested in this specific role. Warm, specific, confident.
2. What's Your Biggest Weakness?
Don't say 'I work too hard.' Pick something real that you've actively worked on. The goal isn't to seem perfect — it's to show self-awareness and growth. That combination is way more impressive than a fake answer.
3. Why Do You Want This Role?
This is where most people get vague. Be specific. Reference something about the company, the team, or the work itself that genuinely excites you. Generic enthusiasm doesn't move anyone. Real excitement does.
4. Tell Me About a Challenge You Overcame
This is a Brag Bank question. Pull a real story. Set the scene briefly, tell them what you did, and land on the result and what you learned. Don't over-explain the problem — spend more time on your action and the outcome.
5. Do You Have Any Questions for Us?
Always yes. Prepare three. Ask about the team, the role's success metrics, or what they love about working there. Asking nothing signals disinterest. Asking good questions signals you're evaluating them too — which you should be.
