REFUND POLICY

Less Prep, More Pep | www.lessprepmorepep.com  | Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At Less Prep, More Pep, we are committed to delivering high-quality, confidence-building resources and experiences. Because of the nature of our digital and service-based offerings, our refund policy varies by product type.

1. Digital Products (The Pep Kit, Courses, Workbooks, Worksheets, Templates)

All sales of digital products are FINAL. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your email. Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions (The Confidence Call)

•  Cancellations 48+ hours before a scheduled session: Full refund or session credit

•  Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or full session credit

•  Cancellations less than 24 hours before: No refund; session credit at Coach’s discretion

•  No-shows (no notice): No refund and no session credit

3. Group Sessions (The Pep Pack)

•  Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund

•  Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance: No refund; credit toward a future session may be issued at discretion

4. Monthly Membership (The Pep Club)

The Pep Club is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Corporate Workshops

Corporate workshop refund and cancellation terms are outlined individually in each client’s service agreement or invoice.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in being blocked from future purchases.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email lessprepmorepep@gmail.com with your name, order number or booking reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

Less Prep, More Pep reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
