1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Less Prep, More Pep website, purchasing any digital product, enrolling in any program, or booking any coaching session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Less Prep, More Pep

Less Prep, More Pep is an interview preparation and confidence-building brand owned and operated by Ebonee Robinson. We provide educational content, digital products, group sessions, and optional coaching services designed to help professionals approach interviews with greater confidence and authenticity.

3. Educational Purposes Only

All content, programs, and services provided by Less Prep, More Pep are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a licensed employment agency, staffing company, or professional career counseling service. We do not place candidates with employers, guarantee job interviews, or guarantee employment outcomes of any kind.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or services from Less Prep, More Pep. By making a purchase or booking, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

5. Products and Services

Less Prep, More Pep offers the following types of products and services:

•  Digital downloads (workbooks, worksheets, guides, templates)

•  Group coaching sessions (The Pep Pack)

•  Individual coaching calls (The Confidence Call)

•  Self-paced digital products (The Pep Kit)

•  Monthly membership access (The Pep Club)

•  Corporate and organizational workshops

Descriptions, pricing, and availability of all products and services are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Less Prep, More Pep website and in all products — including but not limited to the Guess What Energy™ method, workbooks, worksheets, templates, videos, course content, copy, graphics, and brand materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ebonee Robinson and Less Prep, More Pep. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Less Prep, More Pep content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Digital Products — License and Restrictions

When you purchase a digital product from Less Prep, More Pep, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may NOT:

•  Share, resell, or redistribute digital products to others

•  Upload them to file-sharing platforms or websites

•  Reproduce or duplicate them for commercial purposes

•  Use them in training programs or workshops without a commercial license

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of your license and legal action.

8. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Less Prep, More Pep uses third-party payment processors and does not store your payment information directly.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Less Prep, More Pep does not guarantee any specific outcome as a result of using our products or services. Interview success depends on factors unique to each individual, including but not limited to personal effort, communication skills, interview context, and employer preferences.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Less Prep, More Pep and Ebonee Robinson are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury — direct or indirect — resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Less Prep, More Pep, Ebonee Robinson, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our products or services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Less Prep, More Pep operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
