The invisible wins are almost always your best interview stories. If you fixed it — even quietly, even without a title or a bonus — it counts. That's a story.

When did someone come to you specifically — and why do you think they came to you?
This one reveals your professional reputation. What people trust you to handle is exactly what interviewers are trying to figure out. You already have the answer.

What would your last boss say you saved them from?
This one catches people off guard — in the best way. Whatever comes up is almost always a great story hiding in plain sight. Write it down exactly as it comes out.

Don't filter it. Don't polish it. The messy first draft of a story is usually the most real version of it — and the most real version is what actually lands in an interview room. You can refine it later. Right now, just get it out.
